FEBRUARY - SOCIAL EVENING

The Social Evening is planned for Thursday February 28, 2002at the Golf Dome in Kirkland. Access to Le Dome de West Island is from the Trans-Canada South Service Road (Direction East) in Kirkland. Their address is 3000 Emond, which is the street after Loblaw's Supermarket and just before the BMW dealership. (exit the Trans-Canada at St-Charles to access the Service Road).

The events of the evening will include a buffet dinner, golf clinic with qualified instructors, use of the video golf machines and game systems, use of the driving range, putting areas and other available offerings.

This event will be at no cost to the first 50 members (registered with activities included), who register to attend. After the first 50 there will be a fee of $35.00 to cover additional expenses caused by the higher numbers. The cost for district members registered with "activities out" will be $50. Members may invite guests to accompany them, at a cost of $50 per guest.

This event promises to be very interesting and rewarding for the avid or "wanna-be" golfer (like the editor) and good value. Registration forms will be at the January General Meeting and will be sent out electronically in a few weeks.
